limited tv channels faulty hairdryer

The tv in the room had limited channels, only showing irish channels and bbc one. i also found the hairdryer wasn't working. I had to request a replacement since the room phone was also out of order. it was quite bothersome, especially after a long day.

perfect location friendly staff comfy bed

the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. i found the staff friendly (especially brendan) and always ready to help with a smile. the room was super clean, with such comfy beds that i slept like a log.

The wooden floor in the bedroom felt a bit cold underfoot. I wish it had a rug.

bad signal questionable choice

The television had a very bad signal. I could not watch it properly. The soap dispenser in the shower was also a questionable choice. The hot food at breakfast seemed to have been sitting out for a while (it definitely was not hot).

quiet stay near st luke's

spacious car park lovely greeting good value

I found the hotel easily. a spacious car park was very convenient. i received a lovely greeting on arrival at reception. the bar had football on. I appreciated that it was open. breakfast cost 12 euro and seemed good value.

My room was very warm. despite this the bedding was suitable for very cold weather. It included a 25 tog duvet!

The room overlooked the hospital. the bed was comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. it reminded me of a home from home rather than an anonymous hotel room. Lots of little homey touches were apparent.
